Darth Vader didn't look quite right?

Vader's costume was made to look like his A New Hope costume. In Empire and Jedi, they slimmed down the design of it just enough so it looked sleeker, but not enough that people would notice it. I don't like this film due to its non continuity status but I just saw a clip from this which appeared on my feed and yes, it's awful.

He looks shorter, has a fat neck and those ridiculous red tinted eyes, which make the helmet look like a cheap cosplay version rather than the real deal. And yes, I know the claim that they were red tinted in ANH as well but we don't see anything like what we do here (probably due to lighting), so that's no big win, just utter stupidity...
