So what is everyones theories on who killed Kate?
I get a weird feeling from the dad, but don't know why.
And I feel the motive has something to do with the pregnancy and someone not happy about it. But sure it goes deeper than that.
What does everyone else think?
I know it's obvious but right now my eyes are on the best friend. Idk his name on the show but he's played by Eric Winter! I also get a weird vibe from the brother and his wife. Everyone is just very suspicious right now lol
shareI agree with this. His character name is Neil. I think she was pregnant with his child, not her husbands. However, I think the husband found out and actually killed her.
I think it would be quite different from last season if the main suspect actually turned out to be the murderer.
That's my reason in thinking it might actually turn out to be the husband who did it.

shareI definitely got vibes from the sister in law. Just the fact she's been with the brother for longer and they made her sign the pre nup. But Kate wasn't going to have to sign one. Also Kate being pregnant, if she already knew I'm sure she would have been jealous.
shareAs a couple, there is something not right about them. Maybe they had a threesome with Kate or were blackmailing her to get stuff out of Ealy's character.

I think they're making it look like Neil and making it look like he was the father of her baby. I think it's too obvious for Neil to do. Personally I think it was Amanda. Maybe she was having an affair with Amanda's husband and found out who knows!
shareAt this point it is hard to tell. Everyone looks suspicious. Other possibilities are that the mother is actually around somewhere and murdered her daughter-in-law. Or...someone connected to the person he accidentally killed in his past is the one who did it.
Just like last season...this season started out brilliantly.
1. Daddy did it. Terry O'Quinn's always the bad guy/psychopath.
They were in a secret affair when she was his secretary. Her first child is his. He was the only one who was clueless about her relationship with his son. When he found out, he wasn't havin' it.
2. Attorney/sister/best friend: I don't have a motive yet but she's overbearing.
3. Absent mother: Knew about the affair with her husband. Wouldn't allow the skank to be with her son.
4. Drunk baby brother or his simpleton wife
5. But if it plays out like the original series, the secret unknown child did it. Angry that she kept her/him hidden and is celebrating a new pregnancy. lol In this scenario, John's still the father.
BUT what I'm anxious to be revealed is, since Eric ran down the stairs, he knew she'd fallen. How? Where was he? What did he see? What transpired? And how much time lapsed before he found out?

shareI'm pretty sure it's not the husband or he wouldn't have acted the way he did during the scene's when he was home alone. There's still some characters yet to be seen...mother, fist child. You know it's gonna be some twisted reveal so whatever obvious theories get rid of them...
