When I'm gone I would like something to be named after me. A psychiatric disorder, for example.
Lots of my favourite bits have already been mentioned, but I'm surprised that the scene where the police are leaving the basement hasn't been mentioned:

An old lady vampire at the Ball says "I can smell a virgin at 1000 feet" and Vlad (I think) says "Why don't you go and walk a 1000 feet and smell yourself!".
