Worst super hero show ever
This show shouldn't have taken so many episodes. In reality JJ would have killed Killgrave after 4-5 episodes. Why keep dragging it on and on?

shareWorst ever? Really? Have you seen Arrow?
shareNot sure if its the worst but its definitely in that list. But then once show makes it my forgettable list it matters little to me who is the lesser of the evils. Suffice to say if a gun was put to my head and was made to pick between this list, I would probably opt for the bullet. Cause franlly I don't even remember the worst show I have seen because they were forgettable and I have forgotten.
"SeagullS!!!! Francine this time they could drive!!" - Stan Smith
Mutant X. The lame Justice League live action show of the 1970s. The lame Spider-man show of the 1970s. There, I just named three that were clearly worse.
Defender of the weak, and enemy of the weak minded.
I want to give this show another watch, as I did with season 1 of Daredevil. I do remember it felt like it dragged on a bit, and thought the same with Daredevil. I think the shows would be better if they did 10 episodes.
shareor had one to three TOTALLY SEPERATE storylines and/or stand-alone episodes per season.
Defender of the weak, and enemy of the weak minded.
Killing Kilgrave earlier wouldn't have made this a better show, casting a more talented leading lady would have made it a better show. I literally just finally finished it, months after its release, because Kristen Ritters acting was so awful it was nearly unwatchable. Thankfully the rest of the cast of characters wasn't nearly as bad as she was.
Stop trying to poke holes in the plot and enjoy the ride.
Her name is spelled Krysten Ritter, with a Y, not an I.
shareI care about as much as I care about her acting. Her limited range worked in Breaking Bad, but is awful in this. Sorry I offended you by spelling her name in a way that's the traditional spelling, it shows how much I care about her acting chops.

The show was flat out awful from set to to especially finish. Every supporting character was shallow and unrelatable save maybe Luke. Hated the Jeri Hogarth character as it felt forced and dirty.
sharein reality? lol
but seriously. i agree, the series did drag on a little too long but worst super hero show ever? no...
in reality, it was possibly the Cape...can anybody else out there think of another really terrible super hero show?
Perhaps it's better to keep reality out of the super hero franchise. But besides that, and all the plot holes and explanation in this threat: yes, the season was a bit too long. It had a slow start and after it gained some amazing momentum, it dragged on too long. Perhaps 10 episodes would have been better. But it was a good watch and hopefully season two will be better.
shareCompletely agree.
Too many episodes needed for something that could have been said in less.
Also it felt like it was the same formula again and again.
Hatch a plan to catch Killgrave / Almost succeed / Plan gets foiled due to unforeseen circumstances / Killgrave gets away / REPEAT
I am Jack's Inflamed Sense of Rejection
Completely agree.

*beep* that. David Tennant was great I'm glad we got a whole season with him.
shareFirst, Jessica had to free herself from his control before she can deal with him.
