The sex scenes were a huge mistake

This movie is mesmerizing, there really is nothing else like it. Those sex scenes, and being so graphic were a huge mistake. Besides being awkward and feeling out of place, they actually take you out of the movie. It's like you are wrapped up in wonderful scene after wonderful scene, then suddenly you feel like you are watching a lesbian porn scene.

Funny how 8+ minutes of sex upset people but 20+ mins of violence like found in most PG-13 films is perfectly acceptable.

I blame America.

reminds me of this thread on the "Riddick" board (but it involves nudity)

IMDb member since September 2013I want to take my daughter (14) to see this movie as she's seen and liked the prior movies, but there was no full nudity in those movies. She's seen lots of horror flicks, but I monitor the sexual content in the movies she watches. Thx!b]

IMDb member since April 2003agreed. there is an obscene amount of terrible, terrible violence in this film (santana's head being sliced in half)....and this guy is worried about his daughter seeing breasts!?

thats whats wrong w/ the moral majority in the USA, imo.
