I thought he nailed his role and was really surprised to see many here complain about his performance not being on the same level as some of the others. I think he did fantastic.

shareI think it's important to see the film twice. There are things you pick up from the second viewing not noticed at first. Mark did a terrific job and the casting was for a nice looking man as opposed to a gorgeous man (like Bruce, Felix, etc.) I do believe he deserves an Emmy.
shareI think he was great. It's just that Bomer I thought was soooooooo good that in comparison maybe Ruffalo didn't hit it out of the park quite as hard and I did find him a bit too shout-y at times but that obviously was a big part of the characterization.

ALTHOUGH THE SHOW HAD MANY GREAT PERFORMANCES-I FELT RUFFALLO PORTRAYED HIS CHARACTER PERFECTLY...I WAS INTRODUCED TO A HUGE TALENT AND LOOK FORWARD TO HIS FUTURE WORK!

shareHe was fantastic as was his character. It's the loud people who get things noticed and done. The people who don't just sit back and keep quiet about things like the other characters are the ones that we remember. I think he played the character beautifully.
