When the president says "There will be no peace" as they're about to be blown up. Gee do you think? It was hilarious how everyone reacted to ex-President Whitmore after he shaved his beard as if facial hair is a disease one recovers from by shaving, "His beard is gone, he's cured! He's back, we will surely defeat our foes now." This whole movie could have been summed up in the opening credits to what will be the next installment. I feel dumber for having watched this rush job of a crap-fest. It's as if they were like "If it sucks it will still make money, like those Sharnodo movies."

THANK YOU. Finally someone said it. That was the only moment in the film that LITERALLY made me cringe. Yikes. How embarrassing for the actor.

About 10 minutes into the film when I suddenly realised that I had somehow fallen through a time warp and was actually watching an 80's B movie, and a really bad one!

Its a sequel to a sci-fi popcorn lets kick aliens a$$ movie - your expectations are way too high.
Have you seen other movies in 2016 at all? There are so much bad acting and scripting out there.
Much can be explained by using your imagination or by saying: Maybe the aliens are stupid as hell like i.e. Mars Attacks.

I hated this film as much as the rest of you...but I'm a little bummed people are ragging on the school bus chase, lol.
The Queen going all Kaiju was the only part of the film I derived mild joy from-because I'm a huge Kaiju fan and I liked the design of the Queen. I also found the fight with Queen to be the only visually dynamic and exciting action scene of the film. It's the only point in the film where I could simply just watch what was happening and enjoy the pretty colors.

There's many, many, moments, which many, many, of you pointed out. Pure gold, this thread is.
The alien queen chasing a schoolbus, which clearly proves that she isn't exactly a genious. In the same time she is the leader of the entire hive. Makes you wonder about the King or whatever put her in charge. Meanwhile the orb stated "NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN ABLE TO KILL AN HARVESTER QUEEN"
Really? Clearly it was quite easy.
