Am I the only one who HATED Number 6?

Eveything about her seriously irked me. She came across as a huge, mega-bitch. She also had the stupidest, most arrogant-sounding lines--like the redbull one, and how about John being 'good' with his hands? Ugh. Just the way she talked made me cringe.

Her outfit (really, fingerless leather gloves?) and nasty smudged blue eye shadow all screamed "Look at me, I'm so badass, I can do whatever the hell I want!"

And the explosion? Please. I can forgive cliches if they work well. That was just stupid. I sat there the entire movie, wishing that someone, anyone, would put her in her place.

But I seem to be the only one here...

Number 6 was the best thing in the movie.

reply

maybe it's your dirty mind interpreting more than what was there...

you really can twist almost anything someone says and make it dirty...

reply

Agree! Without her, the movie would've been boring. And she's way better than Dianna Agron's character. She didn't seem any different from her character in Glee. She looks and talks the same way.

I liked her. Her accent was kinda annoying though... half the time it sounded American, the other half, it sounded Australian.

But I thought she was pretty badass.

reply

I thought she was good, just her accent was annoying. I knew she was an Australian actress but it took me a while to figure out if she was playing an Australian or an American. I'm from Melbourne though, not too sure how different an accent from Adelaide is

"Laugh as much as you choose, but you will not laugh me out of my opinion." - Jane Bennet

reply

Yeah her accent was kind of annoying and I couldn't understand half of what she said. My older sister said she reminded her of Buffy.

Look..at..me.

reply

She did seem to switch, but that's probably got something to do with living in the States for the last three years.

And Adelaide is basically Tasmania connected to the mainland, but it's warmer than Hobart. :) Not as hot as QLD, though XD

reply

I didn't hate her but the other girl was so much hotter and cuter that I had no time to worry about the leather chick. She also looked exactly like the woman from Heroes.

reply

Is it just me or do Antipodeans always sound really derp in American movies?

reply

I wondered why she was always acting like....
1. "I'm so cool" type.. Until now.
2. Wearing that kind of clothes will only squeeze the life out of you.
3. "Drinking redbull is for pussies"
4. "If you slow us down, I will kill you myself." Are You Serious?
5. So you blew up Number Four's old house. I wasn't half impressed.
6. Bad flirting~
Ahem.. Ahem.. Moviegoers went to see "I Am Number Four", not "I Am Number Six", but towards the ending I got the impression that No. 6 was the hot, in girl, main character. However, I liked Sarah's portrayal as an average American small town teen as it was one of the more decent, realistic portrayals of average American high school.

reply

Yeah, Nr. 6 was a bore. Totally.

The hot girl on the other hand was just cute, relaxed, eye candy. They even gave her photography as a talent to make her appear more inteligent, which was nice.

If Twilight would have had such a girl, I wouldn't had to walk out after 40 minutes.

reply

yes i hate her. i hate her so much i'd do her rough!

reply

I dunno wtf you guys are talking about. Don't blame her for the bad lines blame who ever the hell wrote the script. She just performed them. And she saved the movie, number 4 was a pussy and the girl was stupid and sam wasnt helping. The accent wasnt even that horrible. Over analyzing crap.
