Manic overacting (I know he's meant to be crazy, but still), boring hyped-up directing, and a puerile, juvenile script.

I'm Scottish, and would love this to work, but Irvine Welsh is vastly over-rated (in my view), and this movie can't rise above the source material.

Please don't flame me, this is just my personal opinion.

it was so bad it was embarrassing actually. if people think this is rated anywhere near as high as a 7 then modern film making is over with.

Intriguing. What was so bad about it? Anything other than how repugnant the main character is?

As another poster did last page, just asking because I'm curious.

the overacting. the trying to be edgy. the entire thing is a cringe fest.

Haha, I see you put Morgan Freeman on your list of worst actors.... any opinion on movies you have, or have ever had, has just been invalidated.

This movie was boring as hell. I had to skip ahead and fast forward a lot, and then ended it and moved on.

Terrible movie.

funny someone stupid enough to think morgan freeman is a good actor , also has zero impact on this site and no opinion on any films himself. but of course!
