Not bad except for Rhianna

This movie was really not as bad as the critics made it out to be. Rhianna was pretty annoying though.

Seems more like a role that was written with Michelle Rodriguez or even Zoe Saldana in mind. Doesn't really matter who played the part of "Weps" though, none of these actresses would be able to overcome the script or the plot.

Pretty much - Rhianna certainly wasn't bad, neither was she good, sort of performance you really don't pay much attention to, and that was by and large cause the script and movie was absoloute rubbish

Rhianna's performance certainly was not bad for a first time acting
role. She was quite tough having to wield the machine gun and
added some needed spunk as well!

She is talentless in every aspect.

Maybe she can give a decent BJ but that would be it.

To be honest I thought it was the other way around. The movie was rubbish but Rhianna wasn't one of the reasons. Considering what she had to work with she didn't do half bad.

Also, keep in mind she naturally speaks with a HEAVY accent, as she is from Barbados. That, and the script considered... she did as good a job as any actress would in that role.

Funny, I thought Rihanna was not as bad as I was led to believe, but this film was even worse, louder, and more obnoxious than I expected. (Sat through it with someone else who wanted to see it for the effects.)

I also thought the other flop movie, John Carter, that started the same actor was better than the critical consensus. But he was horrible in this.

Movie had everything it needed to flunk, but Rhianna led the way with her silly cap that even stayed on as she jumped off the boat! A magic cap trying to hold her silly wig!
