The more worrisome thing is that this type of comic-action-super hero movie formula (a.k.a. the Marvel formula) is what is being used to write, direct and produce nearly all fantasy oriented action films these days.
All the Marvel/DC films, Batman/Spiderman reboots and pretty much any comic related film from 2005 onwards has been built with the Marvel formula. None of the films were good just regurgitated money first > art second nonsensical tripe.

shareOP, I have to admit that A Fistful Of Dollars(1965) is one of my favorite movies ever--I knew from people who saw Deadpool before me half the lines before I even saw the movie, so it wasn't that big a deal, I still enjoyed the film a lot

I had no issues with the type of humor, just the amount of it. By the time I got to the last 30 minutes or so, it was just obnoxious, and all I could think was shut the hell up already.
