Hansel and Gretel siblings yet sexual chemistry between them

I didn't sense any sexual chemistry between Hansel and Gretel. They were just close siblings who had no one else to rely on but each other.

I agree. Plus a lot of their scenes were very subjective.

I think your throwing in your feelings for either character into the mix. It probably don't help that Gretel is uber attractive and Hansel isn't a dick.

I believe in the Unrated version the Witches taunt them during the interrogation scene about the fact that the two would probably enjoy some incest. So its not just the OP imagining that.

I thought about that too after the first time I saw it, but when I watched it again I dismissed the thought. It seemed more like they were really used to relying on eachother. Most people probably don't really know brothers and sisters that can get that emotionally intimate with each other. But because they never had anybody else, I can imagine they would develop a strong need to be around eachother a lot and to take care of eachother.

Maybe it would have been more clear if there had been a love interest for Gretel as well.

I picked up a little of that too. When they fell through the floor into the witches den, they seemedd to look at eachother like long lost lovers. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but it came off that way to me.

Nah, no sexual tension there. They are just very close brothers and sisters. People are quick to mistakenly see ''sexual tension'' between men and women, even if they are just friends or family.

Heck, some people choose to see sexual tension between two men or two women in everything.

It's probably just you. Though it would help if the two look almost alike but they look enough like siblings as far as movies go.
