Sneaking in food at the movie theater

So i wanted to go watch the movie and I didnt know what I should eat over there.. theater food too expensive. I like sneaking in double cheeseburgers from McDonalds with some candy... what about y'all?

I only bring in snacks of my own if I'm going alone - since nothing they sell is single serving size and it's way to easy to mindlessly eat a whole bag of lifesaver gummies in the dark without noticing.

As for "odd" bring-in's ... when PotC: Dead Mans Chest came out, several friends of mine snuck a bottle of Captain Morgan's rum in with them. They were nice and bought their cokes at the theatre though. If I recall correctly the trio managed to drink about half the bottle. [Yes, they were all over 21 at the time.]

That reminds me of when I was in 8th grade my English teacher said that the guy sitting behind him was drinking beer in the theater.

I'm usually capable of going 2 hours without eating so I don't have to sneak food into a theater.

I don't care if others do, but I hate when people are noisy about it. Sometimes a wrapper sound can cause you to miss dialogue.

I'm a sucker for movie theater popcorn! So I HAVE to have some everytime I see a movie...even though the prices are through the roof and beyond.

I usually bring a bottle of water in my purse and I always stop by the dollar tree and pick up a box of sour patch kids.

My sister and I like to go to Ralph's before-hand and get cheap candy. We once brought our own popcorn as well.

I snuck a bag of skittles to Hop. I ate them all, and then walked out! The story is not really suitable for adults or anyone over the age of 10. It is just for american tweens and their younger impressionable siblings.
My rules for sneaking in food is to always clean up after myself (i probably wouldnt if i bought their food!) and not to take hot food in because other people might smell it and it might put them off (like vegetarians might be grossed out having to smell a burger) I figure everyone pays so much to see the movie I dont want to ruin it for them.
I don't think its unethical and i dont feel guilty about sneaking food in, because there's no way I'm paying cinema prices for snacks

I love when people sneak in cans of pop. As soon as the lights go out, you hear about five cans open at once. Priceless.

I'd like theaters to go broke so that movies will stop being distributed to them first and I'll be able to watch them online (via a pay per view version of Netflix instant view) as soon as they come out. Yes, really. I'VE NEVER IN MY LIFE BOUGHT ANYTHING IN A MOVIE THEATER EXCEPT TICKETS. I don't take food in either cuz eating in a theater is lame, but whatever.

When my friend and I go to the theater we buy there popcorn but we sneak in a bottle of hot sauce. One time we almost got caught because the bottle was in this pocket and it hit the side of the door while entering. We ran in laughing to go see Avatar.
