When Miguel is ready to let people (fans) know about his personal health, he will. Give the man a break, leave him alone, and stop speculating. No doubt he has people--friends and family--in his life who care about him and help him. All this pseudo concern is just prying into his personal life.
shareit has already been reported by several media outlets that Miguel had suffered a stroke a while ago...some people here probably didn't know so they're speculating.
