Is Sullivan the mole?

just watched the most recent episode...so the mole at NCIS turned out to be Karl; the same mole who was caught in the first mole storyline about 2 seasons ago. From how this new mole story arc was depicted in past episodes it seemed like to me that there was a second mole inside NCIS, but now Karl seems to be the only mole inside NCIS...except now we finally know the full extent of the breach at NCIS and that several rogue CIA agents are behind the whole thing, and now we know how the first mole storyline and this new mole story arc are all connected, they're both basically part of the same 1 big mole story arc that has been spanning at least 2 seasons or so...only now we finally learn more details about the mole breach. So the the rogue CIA agents were the mastermind behind this whole breach at NCIS and they used former NCIS employee Karl as the mole inside NCIS.
Sullivan is just 1 part of the whole mole scheme, so I was right about him not being the mole but he was working WITH the mole in NCIS.
