Is Sullivan the mole?
I heard the actor that plays Sullivan did a scene where he punches Kensi in the face. If thats true then at least we know who the mole might be

shareDoesn't a "mole" have to actually work at the agency? That's the idea; it's someone inside.
shareI have heard rumors or speculation that Sullivan is actually a CIA operative. In the last episode when Ray was captured, she said in morse code that the CIA was involved . Duggan was my number one suspect but that was before he was shot
sharetechnically a mole is a traitor who works within an agency or company to secretly steal information or betray the very company/agency he/she works for...so the mole is suppose to be someone working in NCIS. Yes the CIA is involved but I think they're just associated with the mole in NCIS...I don't think Sullivan is the mole because he doesn't work in NCIS, but he's probably connected to the mole and working with whoever the mole at NCIS is.
shareJust because Rae may have been told she was working for the CIA doesn't mean she actually was. It seems odd that a clandestine organization would tell someone that.
shareIn re-reading one of the "spoiler" articles about episode 14, it states that the scene between Callen and a character he's close to reveals that the character isn't who Callen thought HE was, so that would seem to eliminate and all of the women, including Anna--which doesn't leave that many since Callen isn't close to many folks to begin with.
shareThis is what I read on TVLine, leaves women in play:
“It is coming to a head,” affirms Chris O’Donnell, who then warns: “Nothing is as it seems.” Case in point, “We just filmed an episode with somebody that Callen is very close with that is not at all who we thought the person was,” the actor shares. “It was a pretty good reveal.”

Could the mole go all the way back to the episode Burned in season 1? Was watching it the other day and Callen and Sam talked about Dom's death and Macey's death and Kielson mentioned that someone had hired him to find Callen.
shareCallen has become closer to Arkady.. Could it be him? And that mole storyline started in season 7 so it's run its course and Definitely needs to be over!
shareI hope it's not Arkady; I know he's not in the next episode (according to credits). The mole started before season 7. Carl was discovered in season 6, but the mole could have been around a lot longer. There were earlier episodes where it was mentioned that someone was leaking information. In fact, if you go back all the way to season 1, who hired Kielson to get the information on Callen? Shoot, maybe Dom was kidnapped and killed to make room for Deeks to join the team. In Burned, Callen wonders if all the things that have happened--Dom's death, Macey's death, and his being burned--are somehow related. Maybe they are.
shareWhat am I missing that rules Nate out?
I'm honestly at a loss. I agreee that it better be a regular character, otherwise it'll feel a little anticlimactic.
I'm thinking Nate as well. Everybody would tell him personal information thinking they would have client / patient confidentiality. Everytime he shows up something happens. He was a bit iffy in his undercover assignment.
shareI pegged Nate from the beginning
sharemost likely him
shareIt is either Anna or Sam's wife. I think though, there is a connection inside the office, so that isn't really the mole. My guess the "Internal" mole won't be seen until the end of the season.
Anna or Sam's wife? No way. There's at least one mole somewhere in NCIS--that means the person works AT NCIS. Whoever hired the mole(s), has to have connections and money, and neither Anna nor Sam's wife has the money--and probably not the connections, either. And all the comments from the cast and media releases indicate that the mole story wraps up in two episodes--and that's not the end of the season. There are still a lot of other stories to continue: Callen and Garrison, Kensi's recovery, Callen and Anna, Nell and Eric, Kenis and Deeks (ugh!),
shareIT'S NATE!
