The truth about fans of the film here

1 - they have not read the book
2 - anyone criticising the film is not "intelligent" to get the ideas
3 - they cannot accept the film was average at best
4 - deluding themselves that somehow some famous person will say its a classic and they will proved right

I read the book, and while it was very well written and I enjoyed it, the movie completely brought it home for me.

I read the book after seeing the movie, and in all honesty, I don't know if I would have been as interested in the movie if I had read the book first as opposed to being interested in reading the book after watching the movie.

With the exception of the Luisa Rey story (which I think was the book's strongest story), I think the movie improved on just about all of the book's stories.

The truth about the OP is that you are ignorant beyond belief. Just by your post it is obvious that you did not get the movie, cannot spell, and do not have a lick of sense. Just because your brain did not allow you to get the majesty in it, it does not mean that others had the same problem. For me, this was one of the best movies of all time and it gets better with each viewing. I would feel bad for you for not understanding it, if I didn't think it was a waste of time to do so.

1 - they have not read the book - not true. I've read the book and loved it, too.
2 - anyone criticising the film is not "intelligent" to get the ideas - not true. We're all different.
3 - they cannot accept the film was average at best - your opinion, presented as fact, hardly enhances your credibility as anything other than a troll (I note no further contribution after your initial offering).
4 - deluding themselves that somehow some famous person will say its a classic and they will proved right - not true. Since I don't care, I'm hardly deluded.

Thankfully, there are always our betters who are ready and willing to swoop in and explain to us what we really think, and how it's wrong. How did anyone ever know these things before the internet?

Your crystal ball has about as much substance as the cavity in the upper half of your head.

A bit harsh, but yeah, this movie was a pretentious mess. I'm really surprised by the intelligent and perceptive people who 'got' this and love it. Pretty basic mess-story trying to be more than it really is. Bad acting. Bad makeup. Bad directing. Bad editing. Well, i'm just disappointed, i surely expected more.
Worst of 2012, maybe not that unfair.

Before someone grammar corrects me, please know English is not my language.
