I think this guy is so overrated, especially in movies like Fast & Furious... xXx are mediocore too... What you guys think?
shareHe was perfect in Chronicles Of Riddick(2004)and Pitch Black(2000) but the first XXX movie he was terrible
shareHe is a one dimensional actor and a poor one at that. He's a dumber than a box of rocks which explains why he always plays a meathead.

shareI was thought he was like Dwayne Johnson. A big guy with little acting talent getting by on having muscles and getting over with action roles in brain-dead box office successes.
sharehe may not be the best actor but the one thing that a lot of actors don't have is respect for their own fans. he produces and does movies his fans want in a way fans want it. was this movie the best? hell no but what he did great was adding subtle ques within the movie from various other movies those actors were in. i mean hell the first scene says everything about the movie(if you haven't seen deep blue sea it may go over your head though). so yeah he may not be the best but i still enjoy the hell out of the movies he does because it's a refreshing break from the regurgitated garbage remakes that the rest of the industry keeps shoving down peoples throats.
shareHe's painful to watch in pretty much anything. I've seen him in interviews and it's obvious he's not too bright so I imagine they keep things simple for him.
I guess if you keep him in movies like this, the Fast franchise and limit his dialogue to "I am Groot" he does okay.
