Least favorite character

Tbh I absolutely hated Tom through seasons 2-5 until he learnt to grow up.
I hate Jean ralphio and his sister, councilman jamm and Mark

Mona Lisa, Craig, Chris, and Ben's hair.

I'm really surprised to Jamm & Saperstein twins hate thing, I honestly would hate Parks if I find them annoying or unfunny~

I agree with you, although Jamm turned out better at season 6 when he actually considered Leslie his bestfriend (one sided friendship). I also hate Dexhart.

Out of all the MAIN CHARACTERS, I think, Ben and Tom are the worst; Tom can be a selfish jerk while Ben was unreasonably bitter on Leslie (Season 4) when they broke up.

I haaaaated Jamm and Mona Lisa, but they both kinda grew on me by the end. I felt bad for Jamm when he was dating Tammy 2. He was better once he was a little nicer to Leslie.

Craig was repugnant and uneccessary, he he was the decline of the show personified.

Mark wasn't a bad character but he did slow down the show and it rapidly improved once he was removed.

Tom and April. Both of them for being selfish and inconsiderate characters on the show.

Chris Traeger is literally my least favourite character on the show.
