Depp and Jolie look horrible in this movie!!

DEPP.....I had not seen him recently but something has happened to him bad plastic surgeon maybe?
On the first scene on the train he looked like Billy Cristal.If you dont believe me watch it again
I like him and he is a very good actor but he did look a bit weird..didnt he??

JOLIE -Too thin & makeup was too heavy ; particularly her eyes ...She looked like a panda bear ..
Same facial expression throughout the movie (botox maybe?)...horrible acting ..
Disapointing after an excellent perfomance in the changelling..

Hope they choose a better movie next time

You start a topic saying how terrible Jolie and Depp look? Are you that insecure? I'd love to see what you and your wife/husband look like.

There's a reason Depp and Jolie are stars. They are good actors and they happen to be beautiful. If it weren't true then they wouldn't be in so many movies. Whether you disagree with this statement or are just too jealous to admit it, it is is still true.

Now get over it and enjoy the movies instead of starting threads about how much makeup an actress had on.

Depp looked like he gained some weight. Jolie just looked plain ole ugly. Waaayyyy to skinny!

Didn't anyone else notice that Jolie ran/fought/jumped/got beaten in three other movies -- all in 2010 !! She was just worn out, having to outdo the males leads in the fights; give her a break!!

You are nuts. Angelina Jolie looked utterly mesmerizing.
And her makeup was a throwback to those old films and it looked more than fine on her. The acting too was the old classic elegance type.

The movie though definitely didn't have it.

But haha wow it's funny that you mention that Depp looked like Crystal. I swear I kept having to remind myself that Depp was starring in this and not Billy Crystal for most the film and I was thinking of mentioning it but figured everyone would think I was crazy.

Yes I agree....!

But maybe the problem are not the actors, the problem are the screemplay (awful dialogues) and specialy THE DIRECTION..!!! BAD BAD BAD....!!

I totally agree. She was too thin. And I didn't realize it was Johnny Depp until a few minutes after he came on screen. He normally is so handsome he's hard to miss. He looked like that dorky guy with the beard in the Honda commercials.

I thought that Jolie looked beautiful in this film and so glamorous. I'm surprised by how many people are saying she looked awful. Maybe you may not like her look for this film but she is far from ugly.

As for Depp I thought his character was supposed to be bland and that's why he didn't look like his usual, handsome self.

OK, maybe he was passable as the pirate because that's how pirates look (and he was funny and good as Jack), but as a "nice" man in suit: ugh! He was also OK in Nick of Time, where he was shaven, with short hair.

But now, he's did something to his face. It's like it's embalmed by oil or something.

Jolie and Depp have gotten older. Plus pairing two older people together just makes them look even older. Also Jolie's makeup really sucked.

Don't think it has to do with how skinny Jolie is.

hobo? he wear cloths that are more expensive than your whole family. its not all about looks y'know? he's an actir and not a model and he is in the showbiz because of his incredible acting talent. never looked any good? LOL, he can't look bad even if he wanted to.

passable? he gained the title of the sexiest man alive because of that movie. and he is well-suited in the role of a "nice" man in suit.
