With so many black actors in Hollywood why cast a foreign white guy! In 2023 its tacky and vulgar. Im not watching this.

Touché, well written for a hard R action flick. I know it’s hit or miss for many but I thoroughly enjoyed both Extraction films, The Gray Man too.
It’s nice to have a return to the graphically violent action films that the 80s and 90s gave us. And yes, I think the writing in all of the aforementioned was competently done.
Extraction was solid and unique. Extraction 2 was just so over the top it was absurd and silly. I don't think the filmmakers had the intention to make the viewer laugh his ass off while watching this...
As for the writing, it is extremely lazy and superficial and also completely foreseeable.
Literally everything that happened I could call in advance.
Nothing made sense, swarms of super geared ultra-trained enemies swarming in from absolutely everywhere at a moments notice, even via armed helicopters that later casually fly from Georgia to Austria.
That's a 3,5 hours flight with an AIRPLANE, let alone a fucking helicopter with zero range.
Of course, every round misses all the time despite them all being super soldiers, because otherwise the script can't happen, lol. The prison breakout was so fucking dumb, I literally facepalmed because it got so unbelievably absurd in the yard. Extraction 1 was already really pushing it with many scenes, but a lot could be handled with good old suspension of disbelief... but in this one!? Sorry no.
Some fight choreos were really solid, the violence, I agree, was "good old days" entertaining, but sorry, I expect a little more from a two hour movie.
And the fucking boy! Oh my God I wanted him to die so badly, his "arc" made absolutely no sense whatsoever and nobody gave a fuck! Imagine you're that idiot of a boy, how could you ever live with yourself after literally selling your MOTHER AND SISTER to your bloodthirsty uncle!? Him being so upset about his father being killed made no sense either.
But hey, the script needs to happen and the writers, as we know, are dog shit so this is what we get.
Ugh! No... unacceptable. Movie could have been so good so easily.
Also, it pissed me off to no end that they all had their G33 magnifiers up during pure CQC action.
Fucking hell put some effort into it, please!

shareIts cheap to shoot overseas. Extraction part one was made to stimulate Netflix subscriptions in The Sub Continent. The forecast was 1 billion new customers with that movie alone. Not sure what they wanted with Extraction 2 as it was pure drivel. They might want to cash in in Easter Europe.
