Mine had to be when Rex looks at Ian in the donut costume and says "*beep* off, donut", that makes me crack up every time

The best line to me, without question, was one of Seth Green's improv'd lines at the end: "I loved your penis on the internet, by the way". To which Pete Wentz responds, "... you're a dick".

It's funny how an improv line can blow the hell out of every pre-written joke in an entire movie.
