POLL: Do you love Cloverfield or hate it?

I LOVE it!

of course me & my son are already giant monster movie fans (Godzilla, Gamera, etc) and this was a ground level experience of what people might go through in such a flick!

We watched it & 10 Cloverfield Lane prior to a trip to NYC. Once we visited Central Park we even found where Hud was eaten and the bridge Rob & beth died under or at least where we THOUGHT the locations were! LOL!

I remember it mock fondly because it was the first and only movie I watched that was a cam of a cam. ^_^

giving it a proper watch now, mostly because of the new cloverfield movie.

As others have said, I liked the movie, but the characters were awful.

They were what kept this from becoming one of my favorite movies. I get they weren't supposed to be the brightest people in the world, but they were overdone with stupidity - especially the guy who filmed everything.

I wouldn't say I hated it ,but I didn't exactly love it either. I thought it was okay I felt the ending was sort of abrupt.

Both love and hate. Love the plot and the movie itself. Hate the characters. They just scream at each other and try to talk at the same time. Reminded me of Stewie on Family Guy. "Brian, Brian, Brian, Brian.....Brian, Brian" Just called out someone's name over and over while they are ingored.

i hated it when i first watched it (wasnt in the right mood), but watched it again years later and really liked it
