I realize that if the movie wanted us to know what he said, it would have let us hear him... but it's driving me crazy anyway :^)
What I like to think the director wants us to think he said was something like this:
"Thanks for the motivation to improve myself. I finally realize that I was doing so many things for the wrong reasons and have been extremely lucky to find happiness through all of these coincidental events in my life while treating this illness unveiled that night. Now that I'm no longer a few fries short of a happy meal I realize that you are an ugly person inside with nothing good to offer ME. Bye"
What should have been said:
I finally realize that I am better than you, the way I am, and will never need you. I simply reacted the same way half of all people would have had they caught their wife in the shower with a guy screwing to our wedding song, and his response would have set anyone off. Afterwards, the mental pedestal I placed you on in my mind was a delusional fraud that gave me hope and perhaps part of an illness I suffer from being bipolar, but through these events the silver lining has been love found through the love lost, and without you being such a *beep* and everything playing out exactly as it has up until this particular moment in time I would not be in such a great place with my life. So both f-you, and thank you, you pretentious bitch.

Probably that he is going to have her arrested for violating the injunction.. Restraining orders work both ways, if the person who filed the injunction for protection violates it they can get arrested as well. I work in the courthouse lol.
