I am fairly new to this show, and have been watching it since last month I have just started Season 5 episode 2. Couple of episodes an evening. One thing I have enjoyed about this show is the large number of characters it portrays.
I just would like to know who are all of your favourite characters, and why?
Well, as long as they had GRR Martin source material, the show had a compelling story with compelling characters. While seasons 1-4 were running, GoT was considered one of the best shows on television. After season 4, and when the HBO writers had to create on their own, the show fell off a cliff.
shareArya and Davos were my favourites from pretty early on. Tyrion was good value too.
I loved Cersei but at some point they gave up or ran out of ideas and her character arc in the last couple of seasons was hugely disappointing.
Oh - and Olenna Tyrell. I could have watched Diana Rigg spew witticisms non-stop.
Before the show went sour for me, my favorite characters were Bronn and Sandor Clegane.
