How Can This Be Rated PG-13 is Beyond Me

While it doesn't happen often anymore, breasts are technically allowed in a PG-13 film as long as it is not overtly sexual. It happened a lot more onscreen in the 80's, though, when the rating was first established.

Did they show nipples? I missed that!!! But funny that that is what you worry about in a movie full of violence 8o) Must be american. Give me some of the good old ultraviolence any time, but god forbid you see a human body!

Huh. I never noticed naked breasts anywhere in this movie. It must've been so brief that it wasn't worth making a fuss over.

depends on context, if the nudity is non sexual it attracts less of a certificate - sex isn't for kids, but a kid might see a naked art work or see a topless woman on a beach

i must have missed that scene. i've viewed the movie 4 or 5 times and I don't remember breasts.

Wondered the same thing about Titanic. MPAA states that profanity is worse than a couple of nip slips and only 2 fu cks are required for a movie to become R-13. Dafuq?
