I think one of the best acted scenes in any movie I've ever seen: The scene when Little Edie totally freaks out after her father's death and cuts her own hair followed by a full break down and Big Edie coming to rescue. I really felt bad for her!
And I loved the ending, everything about it was heartbreaking.
