Why i can't find any better movie/trilogy than The Bourne Moives ?!!

WoW! After watching a lot of movies including the IMDB Top 250 list i couldn't even compare any action/thriller to this! the Bourne movies are the best so far, i nearly watched a lot of movies which include imdb's top 250, but never - ever found a better Action trilogy than the Bourne.

Just Brilliant! You'll fall in love with this...

Now let me clear this to who may argue with me on what i said, what really fascinates & attract is the Realistic tactics used in action scenes or in dodging scenes (i.e: bourne with simon in the train station) you feel like you're a part of it - you watch real tactics brilliant smart action and i think it's the same reason everyone liked this movie.

I CAN'T IMAGINE SOMEONE who won't like it, i hope to see in the near future similar movies like this!

Yeah its a great story and the movies were just flawless in there execution .The first was the beginning the second was the middle and the third was the end.I love that formulae they kept it simple and to the point. It just goes to show you don't need a whole lot to make a great story come to life.Benza did you read the books ? if not i suggest you read them they are just as good as the film. With more fleshed out details of course.Robert ludlum knows how to tell a great story unlike ian flemming;ha i just think bond is cheesy compared to jason bourne.

Therefore we may call that art true at which does not seem to be art."

If you don't mind foreign films, there are some excellent spy/action movies similar to the Bourne Trilogy.

I'd recommend:

The Man From Nowhere (loner tenant ex-spy rescues neighbour's kid from organ traffickers)

The Berlin File (north korean spy is set up by superior and must escape with his wife)

Secret Reunion (North and South korean agents team up to stop another agent)

Secretly Greatly (undercover north spy plays the village idiot and bonds with the people, until he gets activated)

Kiss Me, Kill Me (assassin refuses to kill suicidal woman who hired him, ends up falling in love with her)

You must be 14. Have you seen Indiana Jones?

Try the before trilogy. Two characters who are having a conversation seems boring i agree but just give it a try. Even if u'r not really into romance. To me, watching these movies was a life altering experience.

Those two, Lord of the Rings, and Indiana Jones for me. Would say star wars but dislike Ewok land that dominated Return of the Jedi...

Nothing wrong with you rating the Bourne movies high but say they are a pinnacle trilogy and all else bows below it is a limited view. You probably are around age 25-30 at best (Nothing wrong with that btw just need to take time a and watch other greats trilogies)

No order
Infernal Affairs
Vengeance Trilogy (Sympathy, Oldboy & Lady)
Indiana Jones
Star Wars
Back To The Future
Toy Story
Lord Of The Rings
The Hobbit (Might as well you know the last one will be solid)
Mad Max
Jersey Trilogy (Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy)
Hannibal Lecter Trilogy
DEad Trilogy (Night, Dawn And Day)
Millenium Trilogy
Die Hard
Pirates Of The Caribbean
Evil Dead Trilogy
Dollars Trilogy
Godfather

Not gonna put
Terminator (3 was terrible)
Aliens (3 was flat)
X-Men (The Last Stand)
Spiderman (3 sucked)
The Matrix (1 was epic, the last 2 just fell short)
Bourne (I despise it when directors use shaky cam or excessive zooming in & out or non stop cut scenes.....Bourne Ultimate used it all and was way over done.)

Here's yer sign.

Mad Max, Matrix, and Star Wars.

Lack of studio interference on the first movie (similar to the first Batman with Christian Bale or the first Iron Man with Robert Downey), it came out of nowhere, but the studio over time started to mess around with casting.

This ain't even close to the best trilogy ever... Oh look, it's actually on the bottom of my top movie trilogies list.

The Lord of the Rings
The "Dollars" or "Man with No Name" Trilogy
Star Wars IV - VI
The Godfather
The Dark Knight
Toy Story
Indiana Jones
Vengeance Trilogy
Alien
Matrix
Die Hard
Bourne

Without mercy, man is like a beast. http://www.imdb.com/mymovies/list?l=33163288

I actually just commented to the OP and then saw your reply and we have the exact same top 2. I couldn't agree more. The only change I would make is putting the Dollar trilogy #1. Three masterpieces of cinema. Lord of the Rings and Toy Story come close, then the Godfathers. I'd also put the Blood and Ice Cream trilogy in my top 10.

I think it's a very strong Trilogy....a top contender. But I still can't place it above The Man with No Name trilogy or Lord of the Rings. I do enjoy the Bourne's over episodes 4/5/6 of Star Wars though. The Blood and Ice Cream trilogy is another great one and of course The Godfathers. It's a tough call, but all of the Damon Bourne's are very good. All of The Man with No Name films and Lord of the Rings are masterpieces.
