I Cried Like a Baby

I admit that I cried like a baby throughout most of the movie. I rented it last night and it was great. I love dogs, I have a beautiful white Canaanite dog named Snow and after watching the film I gave her a big hug and kiss. If you are a dog lover like me than "Eight Below" is definitely a must see.

OK. I aint watching it. I canwatch people getting killed on tv all day long, but don't hurt the dogs!

Watched this for the 1st time last night. I didn't cry only because I came here 1st and prepard myself :) . I've seen enough sad movies for awhile that make me feel bad (The Whale Rider most recently 2 weeks ago).

I too cried and sobbed uncontrollably. I had a GSD who died and now I have a cross between a dachshund and Labrador...his name is Oz who is adorable. I love dogs including the street dogs who have to fend for themselves competing among themselves and having to save themselves from the speeding trucks and cars.
Maya and Max, Dewey and Old Jack I love them all....thank you for directing such a magnificent movie....sundar

Me too... You're not alone... Proud owner of 4 dogs :)

I have a dog and exactly that's the reason I will not watch this one. I rather save myself from tears...

After seeing this movie, your love for dogs will increase...

Just watched it again in honor of Paul Walker. This is how I want to remember him. Beautiful dogs...

I remember watching this movie. I was so sad when I found out Paul Walker played the guy who was trying to get back. But I cred more over Hachi. At least with Eight Below, there was respite from the dog's plight with scenes of Paul Walker trying to get funding and people telling him there was no way they could get back.

The only time I lose it is when Dewey dies and when Jerry returns back to camp only to find out that Old Jack had died.

I have three dogs and one of them is a husky. I couldn't help but totally be a big suck and love them up the entire time of this movie. Our dogs were in the truck with us when we had a car accident; they are our life as we have no babies yet. So they are our babies. It was hard cause I am totally the person that's all "what about their feelings!" Lol
