Anyone got lucky following their footsteps?
Just wondering did anybody tried their wedding crashing strategies or used any of their lines and it worked?

It works in funerals and there are actualy quite a few retired people who attend funerals just to get free lunch(if there is a meal afterwards everyone is usually invited to come).
All you have to say is that you're a friend, go way back, etc, no way to confirm that with a dead body after all, and everyone has friends their family dosen't know.
Picking up girls however is more questionable.
I've been to a loads of wedings and there usually are quite a few good looking single girls. But they're usually single because they have insane standards. Must be rich and doctor/lawyer etc.
