now oceans eleven is a good movie, yes , but after rewatching the films, ocean's twelve is even better, its extremely well shot and even more funny. its not just a good movie but a very good piece of cinema. the third was entertaining but kind of rubbish.

Oceans 12 is the pits and I am not talking Brad Pitt!

The reason why I hated 12 the most is because 1) the audience isn't really in on things. You just get to watch them go through, as was mentioned, a number of European cliches and their motivation was simply survival. And 2) you got the sense they weren't having a lot of fun with it. Even the pieces that should have been fun (like Julia Roberts as Tess having to pretend to be Julia Roberts) just fell flat.
11 and 13 you really got behind the characters, whether to take down Benedict or to get revenge for Reuben.

The biggest reason why 12 is the worst to me is that at the end when they show you the flashback... you realize they had the egg the whole time and they just had to pretend to be trying to get it.. So basically they were never in any real trouble, they had it the whole time. That was kind of a let down.
share12 is garbage and by far the worst in the series, that whole Julia Roberts (playing herself) and Bruce Willis sequence is absolute cringe worthy. It justifiably has the lowest IMDB rating of the three films, but even then, its 6.4 score is extremely generous. A total crap film.
