shareOk, I admit BW2 was the "franchise killer", but decades previous to that was a film known as the "worst sequel ever made" and "second-worst movie ever made". It was none other than Exorcist 2: The Heretic. BW2 was a film that reminded me of this. It tried waaaaaaaaayyyy too hard to set itself apart from the original and alienated even diehard fans. Blair Witch was supposed to have been a new horror franchise, complete with books, games and even a TV series. Everything you read regarding the series dates from 99/2000.

GREAT, I JUST ORDERED THE FOG REMAKE FROM AMAZON. IS IT REALLY THAT BAD, THE ORIGNAL WAS SO GOOD TOO. HANG ON, WHATS WRONG WITH LEGALLY BLONDE? no such thing as a beautiful goodbye? i dont know about that, i just waved my bird off to work and it was pretty beautiful. don't know why anyone would love jeepers creepers, man that film is so bad. then again i like halloween 3, so what would i know?

i dunno, i thought the old hills have eyes sucks. pluto looks like my next door neighbour tho. i love bashing films. and due to all the money iv spent on em, i think i have the right.
I met her at Movie world, on the Gold Coast she had like a little concert thing with only like 200 people, and we got tickets, it was so cool, she sang all her songs live and played the piano, sooo beautiful!!!
And she took the time to wait for like 3 hours to sign everyones autograph and talk to everyone for a minute, and pose for photos and give hugs etc, lol, she was soooo nice.
I dont really watch the soccer, lol, but i guess its cool for the people who do! GO AUSSIES hehehe :)

If you mean the most badly made, pointless, uninspiring movie I've ever seen, then it would have to be 'Tommy.'
The most boring ever: 'Russian Ark.' Honestly, there were a million more interesting ways to showcase the world's longest steadicam shot. Utterly dull; if the pace was any slower, it would be going backwards.

thats pretty cool of delta, ive never met anyone really famouse. i did once meet a famous snooker player in a night club and he asked me if i had any extasy tablets i could sell him ( i swear to god). the next week he won a major tournament on sky sports. i just got an e mail from amazon telling me the fog has just been dispatched, haha, so wel see. iv heard a lot of reviews saying it sucks tho so im assuming the worst.
ive never heard of any of those films curl 6. has anyone seen that film my little eye? i thought that film was so close to being a really good film, but has anyone else noticed that since the blair witch came out every film tries to put in amatuer footage? that bit with the shakey grainy night vision in m.l.e was totally pointless.
ok a worse film, since i havent seen this i can still tell u guys films to avoid but first i loved the hills have eyes 2006,Scream trilogy, Jeepers creepers was ok but if u want bad movies these are just a few rubbish films:
Open Water (just plain awful,no suspense whatsoever)
Cursed (WTF were they thinking when they made this!)
The Da Vinci Code (BORING!)
Narnia (Bad effects,bad acting,not even the first book to start a series with!)
City of Ghosts (impossible to follow and i watched half of it and walked out,it was that bad!)
Apart from the above i havent really got any more to add to the list.
im half way through watching the hills have eyes remake and its pretty good, i must say im shocked at how brutal it is. those who say the fog remake is the worst film of all time clearly havent seen half the rubbish i have. its not good sure, but i get the feeling it could have been a really great remake if theyd well.... done an entirely different film.
i havent seen open water but i have no problem beleiving it is the worst film of all time. blair withc on a boat with amatuer footage? yeah thats just what the world wants
I actually really enjoyed Open Water, it was so realistic and it really freaks you out that 2 people actually went through that, i mean how bad would that be, being stranded in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by sharks, and they were never found! thats like my ultimate fear lol.

i couldnt care less, it would never happen to me coz i get boatsick. after five mins id have thrown up over the side and would be back on the shore with a towel wrapped around me, having a nice cup of tea.

As for bad horror films - "It" or virtually anthing based on a Stephen King novel. How can a guy who writes such fantastic stories allow such horrid movies to be made from them?
King can be a great writer, that's true, but the problem is that many of the things that make King's novels so much fun to read don't translate well to film.
I tried watching OPEN WATER this past weekend on TMN via Bell Expressview but all I got was sound as the picture wasn't coming up for whatever reason.
Is it worth the watch lindamichelle1 as I've been meaning to see it for awhile.

yeah its pretty good, at the start its not that great but when they get into the water about 10 minutes into it, then it is really good!! it was worse for me lol coz it would absolutely be one of my biggest fears lol.
but its pretty scary, and the fact it is a true story makes it worse!!

They did start the series with the first book if you go by when the books were published- The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe was published 5 years before The Magician's Nephew.

Seed of Chucky, was crap! I am a fanatic of Chucky and honestly, I still think to myself on the daily, how could this movie be made??? I mean Jen Tilly is hot as hell, and Brad Dourifs voice is a bloody turn on but still, the movie sucked as it could have be so much better!

A worse film? I hated Blair Witch 2 and gave it a 1 rating, but I actually have seen much worse.
The Village was dull and had a thin plot. I'd say that was worse, but I'd also say Brokeback Mountain was even worse (oh my God, he's a hate-monger! He hates gays!) No, I just thought the film was plain boring. At least Blair Witch 2 didn't move as slow as my boyhood dog... who has been dead since 1988.
