Lazarus = Spock.
Madison = McCoy.
Chen = Scotty.
Laredo = Sulu.
Fleegman = uhh, I don't know.

Guy Fleegman had no name in the one episode he was in, he was just Crewman Number 6 (I think it was 6). That would probably make him one of many expendable “red shirts” who were in Security but got killed before the opening credits!
