When did it become liberal propaganda?

I remember as a kid it was a great show and didn't have any politics, but now I've seen recent clips where its all Pro-gay, pro-BLM, pro mask stuff that wasn't anything like the show used to be.

Not really

EVERYTHING in entertainment and education now is political propaganda. Seriously!

reply

EVERYTHING is a target from the hysterical alt-conservative sector to cry and complain about which makes it political.
Otherwise it's just nice people trying to be nice and accepting.

reply

lol OP made this this same topic twice like 8 months apart.

Thanks for saying this. I keep seeing these people complaining that Liberals are Hysterical about things, but in my biased fashion, all I see are Conservatives hollering invectives how awful Liberals are, when it's not happening on any significant scale.
Essentially, they are making up a problem that doesn't exist to justify their own hateful behavior.

If you think kids' shows have "become" political, you obviously haven't been paying attention. I could point out a number of examples of kids' cartoons from the 70s and 80s that had episodes with political messages.

I'm not surprised. I wish the "pro mask" stance didn't have to be political. I'm conservative, but I have no problem wearing a mask, or being told to wear a mask. Maybe it doesn't help as much as the CDC would want you to believe, but it can't hurt.

If you have asthma or some other condition, do what's best for you, but for everyone else, just wear the damn mask, get your shots and shut up, and we'll get through this.

Yeah, I really don't get why some people turned not taking precautions for the Covid-19 into a political stance.
I too am a conservative on other issues, but I happen to also have diabetes and I'm really scared of this virus.
And thus, I've worn a lot of masks and taken three jabs and can't relate to those who show no concern at all.
And I really don't get why some people even are triggered by other people wearing masks.
Yes, seeing a person wearing a mask has made them want to physically attack total strangers!
