Though the jokes in the this movie are pretty inconsistent (the sheep joke?), I love when the model guy is showing the girl his photo, and he's like "this is important! this one...or this one?" and they're the same pose except with different colored shirts.

also, when the guy rides off the cliff on the motorcycle, and when heath ledger dissects his frog by stabbing it with a switchblade.

the dad's hilarious, and Joseph GL is great as always ("I'm back in the game!")

Julia Stiles doesn't really pull much humor off in this, except the table dance - she falls off the table and is like "I'm fine".

Walter Stratford: This morning, I delivered a set of twins to a fifteen-year-old girl, do you know what she said to me?

Walter Stratford: Close, but no. She said, "I should have listened to my father".
Bianca: She did not.
Walter Stratford: Well, that's what she would have said if she wasn't so doped up!

Cracks me up every time. I love the dad in this movie.

Larry Miller as the Dad has some of the best moments in this. This has probably been already mentioned but I love the moment where he confronts Kat after she crashes the car. The line “My insurance doesn't cover PMS” just cracks me up. I know I shouldn't laugh at it but I can't help myself.

Also loved the "Damn I was going for thoughtful" line

Bianca's Dad....

The whole movie is funny. My favorite part is when Kat and Patrick met outside the record store and when she crashed her car.

A lot of things did. But for example, the detention teacher whom took the drugs and cheetos or whatever that was from the students. xD

I can't believe no one has mentioned this one:

Patrick: "I was joking with the lunch lady. It was a bratwurst."
Ms. Perky: "A bratwurst? Aren't we the optimist."

And this:

Joey pulls up behind Kat's car, blocking it.
Kat: "UGH. What is it, Assh*le Day?"

And this:

Michael: "I have a d*ck on my face, don't I?"
