Wow, no one's mentioned Entrapta.
Not a single female character looked hotter on the show than when Entrapta landed on top of Hordak in the middle of 'Romeo and Glimmer' - after She-Ra threw the Trapper Tank all the way back to the Fright Zone from Bright Moon. Her face, her hair, and those beautiful boots!!!
Usually Hordak blames whoever is around him when something goes wrong, but in this particular instance, he seemed MORE than content to have Entrapta on top of him.....and with good reason too. lol. He even stares daggers at Imp when the little pest mocks Entrapta there.
Entrapta also had the best voice on the show - no one was better spoken than her. Her tone and inflections were just exquisite (Linda Gary was incredible!)
Adora's voice ended up sounding fake/forced as the series progressed, sometimes, and that ruined her appeal to some extent, for me. You could tell that Melendy Britt was a practically middle aged woman trying to sound like a young "Juliet" (in her own words). She wasn't nearly as skilled as Linda Gary when it came to voicing young women.....unless it was a "character voice" with some kind of accent and/or eccentricity (e.g: Catra, Mermista, the little female Bibbet et. al).
Glimmer's voice on the other hand was TOTALLY believable - thanks to Linda Gary.
Peekablue was a bit too wimpish to strike me as sexy. Mermista definitely was.
