Catra? Are you kidding me? I love catwomen (see Cheetara on Thundercats)...but Catra's voice is so annoying that it's crazy.

For me, of course, Adora. Followed closely by (not really a She-Ra character, though she appears on at least one of the He-Man crossover eps) Teela.
