If you were a vampire what profession would you choose?

Okay, so I think the subject line is far long enought to be explanatory... :)

What would be the choice professions for vampires if they existed? :]

Oh, and I was think more along the lines of modern day, but any cool thoughts are welcome...

Scientist..to find a cure for garlic, crosses, sunlight, etc.

What I would really like about being a vampire is I could play golf at night and never have to pay green fees or wait behind slow players...that would RULE!!

Simple. Any job with a night shift would do.

I think a veterinarian. Those who are worth saving are the animals.
Well that´s a bit hash, but as a human, take a look: we need to care for not only the animals we consider cute. A vampire would save all the species we kill. Vamps would help the animals and feed on us.

Havent read that much Vampire Literature? many stories have them chomping on animals in addition to people. Interview with the Vampire- Louie sucks Rats,Lestat sup's rat blood from a glass, in the film the chicken coop get's raided and the poodles get it as well, others advised if on board a ship they better keep the ship clean of rat's! Other books have similar examples.
The veggies reasoning that the animals would still be here if we didnt eat them is flawed- farmers generally only keep the things that are usefull, all the beef cattle would go only milkers! no leather allowed? sheep only the few kept for wool [man made fibre and plant fibre have taken a big chunk out of the wool cloth demand] Pig's? pig milk? any need at all? chickens are we allowed eggs?

Oh then we get to the point, I´ve tried to escape it: let the vampires enter my business, the advertising. We might deserve it.

what about a wine seller/connoisseur ?

Mmmmmm nice. The old rooms in the cellar. The job to turn around the champagne bottles and watch the emerald colored bottles with dust. Also I would be the host of Good Morning Television. A B-person I am, I still would know there (sadly) is no such thing as vampires, gnomes, Midgardworms, jinnes, elfs (even more sadly), ghosts, zombies and werewolves. It would be great to see them coming. But my cat hates even a sniff of a dog.

Anyone have a cool cat? Like a abyssinian as I have?

reply

Slutty as it sounds. A hooker. Think about it, they work at night, and if they were a vampire hooker their meals would actually come to them, and then they could just empty the 'clients' pockets. They wouldn't even have to sleep with anyone. They could kill the victim before things got that far.

The cool thing still is to have a sight for the eyes: two wonderful abyssinian cats (one is coated as the wild, the other a fawn coat.)- if I were a vampire I would actually be the leader of the new Norwegian Opera. The Opera in one of the most beautiful and spooky builindings in new time.
