I'm seriousherly, only bothered by relationships where abuse of some kind is involved. When people make a negative comment about two adults that happen to be of different age being together, I consider that a form of abuse.

You stand in the way of their love. You have no right to be uncomfortable with it, it is none of your business. You make narrow minded statements that you expect others to live by, you are a control freak creeper...You may want to work on that.

Who in their right mind could get caught up in this?! I just re-watched this amazing movie and they looked so good together that it didn't even occur to me that the age difference is quite so big. And, movie aside, people should be a bit more open-minded about these sort of things.

seriously, what is wrong with you people who keep posting this? frankly if two people are of age and are in love, it's frankly no one's business but their own ... and furthermore, why do you think you're qualified to make any kind of judgement about someone else's life? the old 'cast stones and glass houses' phrase comes to mind ... are you perfect in every way? are you at such a level of moral superiority that you can assess other people's behvavior or choices with perfect certitude as to whether it is right or wrong?

no, you're not... i don't even need to know you to be certain of that ... no one on this planet is close to such a level ... tho there are certainly truckloads of people who think they are ...

there's nothing creepy about their relationship ... frankly, they hardly look more than ten years difference ...

just wondering, if a couple is within your 'approved age range' and one spouse is hateful and abusive to the other one, is that ok? i mean as long as they are close in age that's what really matters most ..

lol. It is kinda creepy I suppose but my uncle married somebody(my aunt obviously) 20 years younger than himself and they have a very nice family(kids and all.) And he doesn't come across as creepy in the slightest way. He has his own business and is very talkative to everybody. I don't think he was out roaming the streets for a super young lady when he was like 40 and she was 20, they just met somewhere and I guess fell in love. In my opinion, it is a bit too far apart but as I said, they are a very normal family aside from the age difference.

Not as creepy as the fact that Milla married Luc Besson about 6 months after the movie came out and he's only 4 years younger than Bruce Willis.

You haven't watched many Hollywood movies, I take it.
