Favorite line...

I have many, here are a few...

"I like pizza. I like it a lot!"

"She touched my 'pepe' Steve."

(Three was the funniest clone!)

reply

Many of them, but the two I think are best are:

Number 4 - "She touched my peppie, Steve"

Number 4 - "Did you bring me a monkey?"
If you haven't seen the movie, the reason this line is so funny is that it has absolutely NOTHING to do with what's being said in the scene at the time. He just blurts it out.

The whole cloning scene is also hilarious – Doug’s at once such a smart-ass and a sissy. Like for instance when Dr. Leeds produces a hypodermic syringe:

Doug: What the hell is that?!
Dr. Leeds: Don't worry - it's gonna help you relax.
Doug: Yeah? Well, so far it's NOT helping!

this isnt really a quote but the part of the movie where they are discussing #4 and then they turn to him and he has the tape measure. he's got it by his head it's stretched out, he hits the button and it snaps back and he falls back on the bed. that was hilarious.

reply

#2: "So Laura... what are you, some kind of saint? What do you want me to do? Give you a medal?"

Might I add my least favorite line: "Want some?" (said by Andie McDowell).

_ _ _

"Why spend your life making someone else's dreams come true?"

-- Ed Wood, the movie

Anything by 4.

I can't believe only one other person said my favorite line so far..

"Well, so much for rule number 1" is my favorite without a doubt! It was such a funny thing to say at that moment, after #3 realizes all 3 of them were gonna have sex with Doug's wife that night! haha, classic.

I also liked the whole "Carl... Roger... Carl Rogerson" thing Keaton did on the phone.

This scene was kinda corny but I liked when he asks #2 "Where ya from?" right after they meet for the first time. The Doc was like "I'm sure you'll have a lot to talk about" and that's all he came up with lol.

Also, "Did you bring me a Monkey??" haha

Great movie, so underrated!

First off, I love how this movie has so many quoteable lines. So many people know them it astounds me.

The best is when I order pizza and friends are over, someone always drops the "I love pizzzza!" line.

That and "Nuke my corndog."

reply

Number 2 (to 4): "Hey, Rainman. Why don't you go in there and floss yourself, okay buddy?"

Number 3: "Hey, let's have some rice cakes and tea..."

Doug: (counting the clones) "1...2...3...4..!"
Number 4: "12!"

Number 3: "TTF. Tuck, tuck, fold. Two tucks, and a fold...that's what I like to do...and don't get rid of those fries over there because I'm thinking of stringing them? Maybe paint them up or something, and then just string 'em around the Christmas tree. Christmas time. The kids are gonna love that."

"I don't respond well to intimidation. It makes me feel icky."

reply

"Haven't you ever seen a man wash another man's face before?"

or

"GOODNIGHT LANCE! GOODNIGHT RICO!"
