I was watching it again today and when her and Josh kissed she said you know what happenes next.. then it went to the wedding scene but it got me wondering did she sleep with him?

This is a super late post but...
Does Cher really seem like the type that would lose her virginity after she screwed up her Dad's case documentation, have a person mad at her, and have Josh defend her, and then proceed to kiss Josh? Granted, it was an emotional moment.
I don't think Cher would have lost her virginity that night when she first kissed Josh. Perhaps the time frame between that night and the Geist / Hall wedding. The reason why I say this is because Cher was sort of theatrical and detailed orientated in her plans. She would want everything in her physical environment to be extra aesthetically pleasing or sensual. She would want to be in a perfect dress, not in a t-shirt and pink or blue pants kissing on the stairs. She would doll herself up again the way she did when she invited Christian over to her house and make it private. She would probably put something in the oven like cookies or make some appetizers. And she would probably do some girl talk with Dionne beforehand.
That just seems more in alignment with her character.
I think it just meant that they became boyfriend and girlfriend.
