Anyone Else Disliked Jurassic World?

I fail to see what was so great about JW barring the great climax which as amazing as it was wasn't nearly enough to make up for the rest of it's issues. My favorite movie ever is the original Jurassic Park and I'm sorry to say but this newest film just didn't do it for me and I feel it's been massively overrated. The climax aside I found the dinosaur action mundane and unexciting, the movie had no tension or suspense whatsoever, poor writing and characterization, some of the fakest CGI I've ever seen and don't get me started on what a dumb idea the Indominus Rex was.

So many say it's the best Jurassic sequel but for me it's nearly as weak as JP3 and in some ways is arguably worse. It was so generic and uninspired and it felt more like a bad knock-off or imitator than a real sequel. For all it's callbacks to the first film it never once replicated the same magic. I've said it before but the awesome climax aside, I thought JW was completely forgettable and honestly without the ending scene it'd be pretty bad. It seems nearly a year later far more are getting critical of the film.

I liked Jurassic World but then again, I liked Jurassic Park 3.

I flat out hated Jurassic World for too many reasons to list. It was fine as a trilogy and should have been left alone. What else can they do with the story at this point?

No. I didn't like Jurassic Part 2 or 3. But, I thought Jurassic World was great.

Dislike is an understatement. It was a complete butchery. The whole concept is beyond ludicrous. Jurassic World was, to borrow the words of Ian Malcolm, the worst idea in the long sad history of bad ideas.

And of course now they're making another one, because gotta keep milking a "franchise" until it's been sucked dry of every last drop of what originally made it great. Gotta keep the dollars pouring on in. That's all that matters.

I'd much rather watch TLW even though it's considered the worst sequel ever made, the CGI still looks better than the crap that was in JW.

Yes, I thought it was rubbish. A lot better than Fallen Kingdom though.

I enjoyed it. It was a good movie.

But Fallen Kingdom was horrible.
