I really don't get it. I have no idea what the actor's nationality is, but he looks Asian - and Superman shouldn't.
Same issue with the kid now playing the Flash in the movies (I gather he's Jewish, but he looks Asian too). Barry Allen is blond.
In 2024, SUPERMAN shouldn't look Asian?? That could be interpreted as being racist, wouldn't it, provided you were liberal??

shareNot hard at all. Barely an inconvenience. That movie is going to bomb. Not because the hero is black, but because they made the Falcon into Cap, which is a disservice to BOTH characters.
Henry Cavill looks the most like Superman is supposed to look, but those movies he was in were awful. I don't think that's Henry's fault, but it just shows that having the perfect look isn't everything.
shareThat's true, but he doesn't have any charisma or charm. Reeve was on the thin side but he brought real personality to the role.
