When Parry "recognizes" Jack and says "I know you" he's talking about in the context of his delusional fantasy he's constructed in his mind after his mental break. He recognized him as "the One," the hero who was destined to help him fulfill his quest for the grail.
Is that because he remembers Jack's face from before he went crazy? Possible, but doubtful. As others have pointed out, the movies makes it appear that Parry lost his mind literally right after his wife was killed, meaning he never even had a chance to find out who Jack was or what he had to do with anything.
If Parry had literally recognized Jack and remembered he was the radio DJ who indirectly caused his wife's death, he wouldn't have been happy and downright giddy to meet him... he would have been reduced to a screaming blubbering quivering helpless baby, which is exactly what actually happened when he ~did~ remember what happened to his wife. Duh.
There's absolutely nothing in the movie or script to support Parry actually recognizing Jack and knowing his role in his wife's death, but of course you nitwits are free to construct whatever retarded head canon drivel you want.
