It's really dumb to even attempt to compare Special Ops groups and to think so generally about it. I think the important thing to consider is how the well or badly each person in the group performs at certain things. For example one person may be a better night pilot than somebody else, or lead better or utilise certain equipment and terrain better. These are things that can't be thought of in general terms and aren't determined by what team somebody comes from.

It's kind of pointless to even attempt to compare a group like the SEALS to Russian Special Forces in general considering Spetsnaz means special forces.
