Opening scene. Yay or nay?
It’s charming but young Indy is pretty much an arrogant thief and it’s pretty silly how he picked up all his trademarks in five minutes in one day

Yay, if not only for River.
shareHe was a hot-headed teenager who only saw things in black and white.
Honestly I more found his dad frustrating in the opening than him. Hello, it's an emergency, don't be so hung up on Indy speaking perfect grammar for a language that's not his native, sometimes time is of the essence
Nay. I like Last Crusade but I always watch it from Harrison Ford's intro.
The idea that Indy got his fear of snakes, his whip, and his scar all in one adventure wasn't just too contrived, it also took away too much mystery about him. And it also revealed that he'd copied someone else's look which cheapened his character.
should not have been part of this movie. should have been a promotional television special aired with temple and raiders to promote the release of the last crusade.
