Parts that crack me up every time

1. Glenn getting punched in the face.
2. The store clerk not believing the brothers will come back so he gets up only to see the car coming back...so he sits back down and counts some more.
2. The money exploding in the brothers' faces.
3. The bankers telling Holly Hunter (as she's running away from the Devil essentially), "Lay down on the floor, Missy!"

JAWS - best film ever made.

When Gale and Evelle leave the Nathan Jr., not once, but twice. Also the old store clerk. And the whole chase scene was great.

Who are you?! I'm the Doctor!! Not 'who' am I, but when.

When Ed is waiting in the car with Nathan, Jr. while H.I. is robbing the store and she's reading "Three Little Pigs" to the baby. cracks me up.

Then she looks up and sees H.I. bolt out of the convenience store and high-tail out of there:

"Come on, nathan, we're goin' ter get daddy!"

"Chrissy, get me the big knife!"

reply

Just watched it for the first time, and parts that had me laughing were;

-Glen running into the cactus
-The prison break in the rain. Not sure why, but I about died laughing, same thing with the part where they left Nathan Jr. on the roof of the car and then were screaming all the way back to the store. I just found they're screaming absolutely hilarious.
-Sgt. Kowalski! XD
-Smalls killing the rabbit, lizard and dandelion.
-"I love this baby! I LOVE this baby!!"

There were a bunch more, but I'm tired and blanking on the rest. Some others have already been said I think.

During the robbery when John Goodman's character says something like "Sh*t, where did all the tellers go?" Haha the look on his face is priceless :)

reply

"One hundred and one, mississippi... one hundred and two mississippi... oh, bull$hit!"

Anarchy's coming to town. A firey invader.

When H.I. barges into the booking room to propose to Ed in an awkwardly romantic way, then says hi to his criminal buddy like its so casual.

The "are you serious, you pussy?" expression John Goodman gives H.I. everytime Ed disrespects him and his brother, like hes disappointed.

When Dotty's husband shows up in his neckbrace and tries to intimidate H.I. but is obviously scared to death at the same time. He can't even turn his neck to make a "tough guy" spit on the ground.

The prison break is classic, I laugh at that part every time, they have the best screams ever!:)

"These balloons blow into funny shapes?"
"Not unless round is funny."

I tell ya, I like the sound of a Beer Church.

reply

When they are fighting and HI runs his fists across the cheap mobile home ceiling. Cheap physical comedy, but I laugh at his reaction every time.

"In one hand he's holding a sandwich, ......."

-My signature
-The balloons part
-Hi scraping his knuckles on the ceiling.

Son, you got a panty on your head.

reply

"You mean like J.R on TV show?!!!!"

"Perhaps he's wondering why someone would SHOOT a man before throwing him out of a plane..."

More love these moments for the awesome quotient:
-Smalls has H.I. by the collar and smacks his face to a pulp with three punches - then H.I. defiantly spits a tooth out at him!
-Ed angrily strides up to Smalls shouting "Gimme my baby, you wart-hog from HELL!" - every bit as cool as Ripley facing off with the Alien over Newt.

Every time John Goodman calls him H.I. In fact, every time John Goodman opens his mouth.

The chase scene of course; the sheer # of bullets fired, running through the house (with the Unpainted Arizona commercial on in the background), picking up the diapers off the road.

"Well, which is it young feller. You want I should freeze or get down on the ground....."
