Shrek The Third is the worst Shrek-movie in my opinion. The second was pretty funny, and the fourth one worked too, but the third one was only a 6/10 for me (Which, coincidentally is the actual rating on imdb).
I liked Spiderman 3, but I didn't like Eddie Brock, he ruined it a little. (7/10)
I actually think the last Indiana Jones-movie was really good. Maybe a little different tone, but still.
I didn't enjoy the third Beverly Hills Cop-movie as much as the others.
Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, is terrible. Two VERY annoying characters were introduced. Not good.

Friday the 13th A New Beginning is a regular Friday the 13th movie in just about every way until the very end when you find out it wasn't Jason. That really doesn't affect about 95% of the film. I would have instead listed Jason X or Jason Goes to Hell.

Major League II is the worst sequel I've ever seen. Completely humorless, with Randy Quaid being his annoying worst, after the first movie being so funny.
Highlander II is about as bad.
Jaws The Revenge, of course, is beyond terrible.
Quantum of Solace was awful, as was the second Bourne movie, because of the shaky-camera method of filming.
