Almost all of the sequels you guys have listed so far are terrible, but probably shouldn't be on this list. To me, when discussing bad movie sequels, you have to look at the broadness between how bad the sequel is and how good the original was. For example, Caddyshack is one of my favorite comedies ever, and Caddyshack II was an absolute abortion of a film. That's a good pick for worst movie sequel. Someone also listed The Howling sequels. First one was great (in my opinion) while all the rest were awful, so that's another great choice. On the other hand, while Troll 2 stunk on ice, so did the original, so you can't really call it a bad sequel. As a matter of fact, it might be one of the few films that you can say surpassed the original, because at least Troll 2 is good for a laugh! Something like Baby Geniuses 2 is another good example.
But just to add a few, I'll include:

Worst Sequels eh? I'm not going to count the low-budge straight-to-video junk that gets thrown together with no effort. What I consider to be truly bad are sequels made by competent studios and/or filmmakers with reasonable budgets. With that being said...
