Some people say Tony wanted to bang his sister

I have two different opinions and I'm not sure, one is that he is the classic overprotective brother that doesn't want his younger sister to go out with bad guys, but more psycho because he was pretty crazy.

Other is that their scenes made me uncomfortable, from their first to the last and the thought really crossed my mind, especially with that last scene she is telling him to *beep* her, because it really seems he doesn't want her to have anything and he just gunned down his friend without even asking, he just got way too psychotic over it, to the point you are not sure if it's in a psychotic brotherly way or in a psychotic repressed incest desire, or both.

There was definitely a weird relationship between the two. He killed his best friend for being in a relationship with her. A guy he could trust who would probably be really good to her and he kills him. Tony's mind was a serious *beep* and loads of cocaine didn't help the situation. I don't think he wanted to bang her so much as he just didn't want anyone else to.

Think all he could see himself with was his sister and the only man he could see her with is himself.

I heard conflicting takes on it..even from the cast. Its obvious he was at least overprotective to a very unhealthy extent. Chasing away some guys like the guy in the club..I could see that. But hitting her out of anger showed it wasn't the typical brotherly protection.

Sort of torn on Manny. He knew Manny was a criminal like him but they were close and he still knew Manny was fiercely loyal. Most of the upstanding men would have been too intimidated and Tony wouldn't stand for another in his line of work to get close. Truthfully he would have to conclude he would have hit the jackpot with Manny. He would always be able to keep a close eye on things and he knew his best friends loyalty; they were like brothers.

Still, the overwhelming emotion, the drugs, etc.. just sent him over the edge.
